I am still using BelRay Sport transmission fluid. I find it works well for my bike .

Richard Cootes and his dad have made up service instructions with pictures for most of the bikes different sections( oil changes, suspension, gas tank removal, primary case disassembly, etc) and pretty much everything else on the bike. I think he still offers them but not sure.
