850 Peashooters

So, I recently bought back my old Commando. While the last guy owned it, one of the OE silencers fell off. He bought a pair of peashooters from Domiracer, and only installed one. They sounded pretty different the first time I started the bike and... I noted that the OE silencer was straight-through and the ones he got were definitely not. On the header side, there there three small pipes inside the chamber. On the tailpipe side, you can see the steel that essentially blocks the pipe, and some small perforations on the sides of the tube that (sort of!) let the gas out. The newspaper used to pack the silencer was from 1979. It said Made in Japan on the outside of the box. Has anyone successfully punched these other ones out?

Ideally, I'd like to get another OE silencer, but I have been looking around for a while with no luck.

Can anyone suggest who sells nicely made, original-style silencers?
