Hi.
On the head (in the same position where there is stamped the C for the Combat head type) there is the number 4.
What does it means?.

Sounds like a personal stamp someone put on there for their own reasons.

As far as RH1 750 heads go.
The one that came on my 1971 Fastback (via the USA) has no (stamped) markings.
The one that Jim Comstock worked over that I got off USA eBay has no markings.
The one I got off eBay.uk also has no markings.

This head is on my 69 bike you can just make out a stamped V where the combat C is stamped also two V stamped on the underside near the head studs.
