Left side, horn, flasher, and lights, as I remember the middle one was the light switch and as you can see, it is broken off, can anyone show me what the button looked like so I can try to reproduce it.

Use your browser to search (or image search) for *Wipac switches*, *Triconsul*, *Ducon*, or *Tricon* ?

The Commando switch is a Wipac (Wico-Pacy) Triconsul (headlamp flash/dip switch/horn).

Pattern Wipac Ducon (dip switch/horn) and Tricon (magneto cut out/dip switch/horn) swiches are available that use an identical dip swich lever as far as I know, which you will find images of on the Internet.

Got it. Thanks. I don't remember it having a large lever like this, but it may have been broken when I got it.

Dave

I just checked through all my Norton books, and I can't find a single period photo that shows a close-up of the switch, only a few longer distance shots that appear to show the switch lever was a similar length to the pattern Ducon/Tricon one.

No doubt member Ron L will be along shortly, as he will probably be able to answer that.

Gee, Les, am I that predictable??

Ducon, Tricon, and Triconsul Wipac switches all have the same toggle switch. The Ducon had the headlight toggle plus a single black horn or kill buton, the Tricon had the toggle, a horn button (black) and a kill button (red). While the Triconsul has the toggle, horn button (black), and headlight flash (green). The Ducon and Tricon are being reproduced, but not the Triconsul.
I have a bag full of pieces of these switches so PM me with an address and I'll see if I can't find an extra toggle switch lever for you.
