69' Bonnie oil leak

Upon start up I suppose when the crankcase pressure is highest I get oil seeping out the bottom of the push rod tubes. Do I need to pull the head completely off or can I just loosen everything up and pop in the seals?
This is my first attempt with playing with a triumph ......TIA

The head must come off.
 
Thank you Sir,,,,,,,, nothing is easy with these old pieces of iron is it ,,,, :roll:
 
Ensure you get the proper "crush" height before you go torquing down he head, this will vary depending on the type of head gasket you're employing.
 
he could want the bodger suggestion!

at times i just wasnt into pushrod tubes or didnt have the time. . . ive had reasonable success for a while gooping silicone seal onto tbe outside. clean super good first.

dont use orange hi temp or everybody will know how lazy you are
