34mm AMAL Smoothbores Slides

I am after a set of # 3 1/2 slides (used or worn out ) to suit a set of 34mm Amal Smoothbores.
I have 2 x sets of # 3's and need a set of #3 1/2's so I can copy the cutaway and turn a set of #3 's into # 3 1/2's
Maybe someone has a pic of the two compared or a profile of the # 3 1/2?

Slide Cutaways:
slides are listed from 2 to 4 in 1/16″ increments. The #2 cutaway would be 1/8″. A #3 cutaway would be 3/16″.
#2 = 1/8″
#2.5 = 5/32″
#3 = 3/16″
#3.5 = 7/32″
#4 = 1/4″

Thanks Chris, kind offer but no need as I do have another set of 34 mm smoothbores with # 3 slides that I leant a mate with a 750 Triumph race bike.
We ran it on the dyno and it needed # 3 1/2"s which he bought and now uses.
I can always get him to send me one to copy.

All you need is the measurement of the cutaway. Then mill your #3s to match. But you should be able to get the low running jets lean enough, not to have to cut the slides. Are you having trouble getting the carbs to open up cleanly because of richness ? Usually all that happens is the motor is slightly more sluggish at low throttle openings. Perhaps you have got flooding ? Jetting for petrol can be a bugger. I never use it - only ever methanol, where getting it right is not so critical. In many carbs, there is an air jet which feeds the needle jets and the idle circuit - you might try fitting a larger one.
