24 tooth front drive sprocket

I managed to pick up a 29 tooth triplex primary cog for my 72 combat. That paired with a 19 gives me everything I need. Great acc round town and effortless cruising, 70mph at 4k. That's speedo speed.

Did that require a different chain or is there enough adjustment to accomodate that change?

There was enough adjustment to take the larger sprocket...

thanks again, I'm wanting to switch over to a primary belt drive at some point, the previous owner removed the electric starter, which i have in a box of parts (would probably convert to 4 brush if i used it),anyway just need to $$$ for that stuff later. Cj
