06-1951 overall rim width ?

Hi,
This concerns offset.....I need the overall width of the stock rim (06-1951) at the point offset is measured (outside to outside?). The standard .5" will be wrong as my 2.15" rim would be wider than the stock 1.85" in overall width. I don't believe I should assume the .3" difference in width would equal a .35" overall offset (.5 -.15 =.35) without the actual starting data.

Very true.

Out of interest and so im not guessing, what explains the difference between 1.85" and 2.7", please?
