I thought there was LED to indicate TDC, so thought it might be flashing running and gave me the thought to put a fiber optic lead to point cover to see it working.
I've had my LED turn signal turn into synopated timing light with non R plugs and wires. Was facinating attention getter amount seasoned Nortoneers at a rally : )
I'm thinking about the neon flashers I see on Harley's plug leads. But hey my taste in all in my mouth.

Hm reminds me, still snowed in so should shop for new lap top screen to be ready for Peel's custom trial - error ignition curves. IS tank might allow me to strap it on for on the road dialing in.

Yeah man Chris I'm having fun as much fun as I can while i can but as Mark Twain said - humor is based on tragedy. I've 2 project in the oven, one I hope comes out as reliable and fun delighter as yours, the other i've had to restrain myself on how pie in the sky to get. i've studied up on H202 rockets, would only need to replace the saddle bags for tanks and a couple walnut size nozzles on swing arm for a few 100 hp passing gear : ) Mean while waiting for temps to allow work on Trixie in shed and some parts to continue on Ms Peel in living room.
