New Commando Owner from Germany

Hello!

My name is Esben, I'm originally from Denmark, but live just north of Stuttgart in Germany.
Having always wanted a Commando, a test ride on a friend's 750 made me get out my wallet and start searching the classifieds.

After a bit of searching, I found a 750 Fastback at an amazing price, that I ended up buying and recommissioning.

It's a bit of a bitsa, as the frame is a late 850 MK3, but the engine a late 750.
The engine had been overhauled with everything not that long ago, and the bike looks really good - and rides superbly (possibly bar the idle).

Welcome mate
Your bike looks pretty well sorted
Read up all you can on here about the pitfalls of commando ownership to avoid a lot of problems that people have
A bitza commando is the best to have IMO and yours with the later frame and long range tank is a great example of that
 
Welcome, looks as if you have a great bike. There's heaps of info on this site for almost anything you need to know, but the list of improvements possible is long and expensive (but great fun!!!)

Welcome to the site!!! Be sure to ask any questions about your Commando; there are plenty of answers here!

Yeah, most of them will be contradictory but it's no fun if everybody agrees! ;)
