My email from last week was also returned undeliverableAnother thread on this here:
I placed an online order a few weeks ago and I’ve not received it yet, all items were in stock. They normally are super fast at delivery. I’ve tried calling but no answer, I’ve even left messages and now my last email was returned “undelivered”.

They are an old well established supplier of Norton partsThat almost sounds promising. If they are snowed-under with a backlog of orders, the sensible thing is to stop orders coming in. If so, a note on the website explaining the situation would be extremely helpful!
Yeah, there could be that, or, the hackers. The continual cyber attack threats are ongoing bewildering ever changing and they just wear you down. They are an old well established supplier of Norton parts
I spoke with them on the phone about my missing order a couple of weeks ago
They were having major problems with online orders so I went through all the details of my order and I had it delivered to me within two days
I don't know what issues they were having with the online side of things it's possible they need some younger blood for that but I can't fault the way they dealt with my order
RGM have lost Andover Norton as a supplier and its mainly these items that show as not in stock. So for these items go to AN direct. I bought AN items from RGM as they did price them lower, maybe that was the problem or AN decreased dealer margins.in some cases temporarily out of stock seems more like no longer available, as it never comes back in stock to purchase.
Wow, disappointing, and I'm not sure that is actually legal for them to say that, as they sold it. It's good to know anyway. When i contacted RGM in September about the oil leak i had from the Alton Starter i purchased from them earlier in the year, Roger informed me that he was unable to assist with the warranty claim and i would have to deal directly with Alton in France. When i explained that my contract was with him & not Alton they were as unhelpful to the 10th degree, like i would need the original packaging box & foam and that i would be responsible for the postage
To be honest when i "got the message" from RGM. i decided it was in by interest not to deal with them and talk with Alton directly, Laurent was absolutely fantastic, he sent me an empty box along with the foam, and once i knew the postage cost this was refunded me...first class serviceWow, disappointing, and I'm not sure that is actually legal for them to say that, as they sold it. Regrettably not the first time such experiences have appeared hereWow, disappointing, and I'm not sure that is actually legal for them to say that, as they sold it. It's good to know anyway.
