What model do I have?

After looking at pictures of 750 Commando Roadsters for a couple of hours, I found reference to my silencers. They are Tulip Tip peashooters, and were available on 1972, 750 Roadsters.
Explain how you found reference to them please?

What are you planning to do with it? If the ultimate goal is to sell, suggest you get it running smoothly. "Running when parked" bikes are a drug on the market
When I was young, I was given two motorcycles - nobody wanted them. - We all wanted cars. In a minute we will all have electric cars. I would really like a 1929 Bentley. When I was a kid, I knew where there was a 20's Vauxhall sitting and rotting in the rain. It is easy to be an idiot. The reason some of us old fools have interesting motorcycles is - we had them when we were young and kept them. The price of a motorcycle is not relevant when it is a good thing.

A while back I saw a pristine Suzuki GSXR750L -like an idiot, I did not buy it. Why would anyone want one of those ? I do not even ride motorcycles on public roads. It would like buying an excellent target rifle.

They would almost certainly have been fitted by the dealer as they aren't standard Norton and they are not peashooters.
I've spent 2 days trying to find the image I saw on Google the other day, to no avail. I am sure it came new from the Dealer with these Tulip Tip silencers on it, but I have to agree with the experts, that they were Dealer installed, and not from the Norton Factory.

It was common for dealers to make non factory changes to bikes to get them out the door as long as it was an easy bolt on.

Yes, if they were original equipment then Andover Norton would list them as spares but they don't, it should have peshooters.

Since you are new to Commandos, they are not like Triumphs or BSA's, where owners changed all sorts of things to individualize them. Not all achieved tasteful results. It was the 70's. Your friend added silencers that were different, but made the Commando look like a Triumph.
If you're going to keep the Commando, lose those silencers for peashooters or Dunstall replica silencers. Real Dunstall silencers are rare to find these days. Dunstall replicas have flimsily fiberglass packing inside, so I just remove it. Burns up quickly anyway. Peashooters whistle, Dunstall's bark. To each their own preference. Anything else looks out of place on a stock Commando and as said, probably doesn't perform as well. You'll need to mind carb. jetting if changing them.

I have a pair of BUB mufflers in good condition. BUB was a project of Bonneville speed record chaser Dennis Manning and crew. $40. If interested, PM me

I have a pair of original '60s Dunstall silencers for a 650SS - the ones with the additional rear stay bracket.
They're rough, but would be a good basis for copies to be made.
If I thought there was a market for them I'd get a batch made.
The Emgo peashooters are great value for money, and look dead original.
They don't have the twitter sound on the overrun, but they work well.
The Dunstall bark is more like Ducati Conti 'silencers'. Marvellous
