1974 Commando Roadster, 19,046 miles with a 750cc engine, that's how it was sold new by the dealer in Texas after a customer wanted a brand new complete 850 engine which was removed from this new cycle and replaced with a new crate 750 that was in stock at the dealer so it's not a numbers matching scoot. Price is reduced to $3,800 US. Gearbox numbers match VIN, photos of VIN, frame, gearbox number current title (registration is current through 2024) and original title and selling dealer paperwork are available.

I would buy it but by the time I ship, pay the taxes, and change the engine to an 850, it's a bit much to start a build to sell. For someone who wants a rider, it's a good deal. It is titled by the frame number (not certification label) so the engine number doesn't really matter.

If in the hands of a breaker, they would part it out and make money - it would be a shame to see that happen, especially since they would sell the frame with title and someone would eventually put "it" back on the road!
