Nourish Engineering update ?

Hi Snotzo

Not riding at Brands as tied up that weekend. Hoping to get away Sunday but it is looking doubtful.
Planing for next season is however underway.

all the best Chris

Chris
sorry I gave the wrong dates for Brands, the meeting is next weekend, 7/8 October.

Guys,

I’m still interested in the status of Bushell / Nourish.

Is he kaput, or is he finally satisfying orders ?

He has all the machinery and tooling, has made off with deposits but is incapable of operating what he owns, not a middleman just a scammer.

He’s the middle man... between customers and his bank account...!

There was some talk a little while ago about the new owners of Nourish being in some difficult.

Does anyone know the current status?

Unfortunately not good! I paid for a conversion kit 5 speed gearbox for a Norton Commando, using T140 parts, a Norton/Triumph main shaft and a Nourish engineering AMC casing.
Not received the Norton main shaft (although paid for), and high gear had broken and badly worn teeth, with no bearings, seals etc.
The guy (Chris Bushell) does not answer the phone or respond to any emails.
Having exhausted all enquiries, I have now made an application (submitted) to the Small Claims Court for a refund. I will pursue this vigorously, and report back the results...
In the meantime, beware. Do not deal with this guy.

Oh dear.

Although disappointing, it’s probably as expected.

Good luck and do please keep us posted.

BTW, Tony Hayward has the shaft you require.

I only have a phone number:
‭01244 830776‬

As far as I’m aware, he doesn’t do email.

If you’ve not dealt with him before, note, he has a wide and interesting stock and is famous for two things:
1. Belt drive kits
2. Talking

Ref 2. It’s best to make sure you’ve got at least 45 mins to spare before calling...

Steve’s natter tends to be both relevant and interesting tho.

You’ve been warned....

OK. Latest!
7/12/2018. New document available GAZ2.
Second notification of strike off action in London Gazette (section 652)
Company is struck off and dissolved.
Dissolution date 11/12/2018...

So what’s happened to the remaining valuable parts of the business like drawings and rights?

Anyone know how to find out?
