I bought my Commando in England as a reimport from USA which had apparently been restored partly but no Info. Was available (mmm... suspect I know)
Does anybody recognise one of the stickers which I found on the frame.

Still can't see anything, but if you go to

you get something but I doubt its a restorers label but anti theft going by the contact number.

Rowe points out that this is not a substitute for making a full provenance check on a vehicle that you are thinking of buying: “A check with the ISR is fast and immediate. Crucially, you can make a call to 07000 111333 at any time of the day or night, and speak to a real person who can reassure or alert you to potential problems. This includes whether the seller is recorded as the owner on the ISR, whether the vehicle has been reported stolen or if the registration mark matches the chassis number and other details. The police regularly call the ISR to check suspicious vehicles.”

Thanks for your help, I had hoped that it would trace the restorer but the Info. Provided is interesting.

Somehow I couldn't get my picture up the way it should have been.
 
The picture issue is why I went to being a premier member just to make it easier to post pictures.
More pictures please, we all love looking at others projects.
