Hey all you Norton lovers!
I am pretty new to the forum. I just bought my 1972 (Combat) Commando, a little over a year ago. I owned a 1971 (fastback) Commando back in the mid 70s, and crossed (late teens early 20s) the country three times. I stayed in California (hence 3 times), and sold it shortly afterwards. I always vowed, someday I would get another! I won the bid for the Combat, on Ebay September 11th 2014 (much to my wife's disapproval).
I finished restoring (also, to her disapproval) it, myself over a six month period, on weekends and evenings, between Brewing and running the Wedge Brewing Company in Asheville N.C.
The Forum has helped me with Technical issues immensely. Thank you!
When I was growing up my nickname was "Creep". Never mind how that happened!
Amongst other great Rock bands out of England, I am fond of Radiohead!

P.S. Our first video was a documentation of the 2015 Norton Rally, in Asheville this past summer.
