WTF

I see on a few posts that my avatar is like picture on picture over the creator’s avatar of the post.
Example my avatar is over Richard-7 avatar on the bottom right on the post for his 961 book. Does anyone know why?
I’ve clicked on it and nothing happens, tried searching what this could mean and nothing.
Just curious what this means?

Not to me. All your posts have an avatar of a black 961 with what looks like black panniers, but it's a small photo.
