Nice pics Matt, some interesting bikes there, to say the least.

BTW, those 'nice flowing exhausts' aren't necessarily any better than ugly angular ones ?
It took a lot of time (decades and decades) to find that the high pressure flow down the exhaust pipe makes its own curves.
Although the distances can make a big difference to tuned resonances etc etc.

Dunstil was one who found out sharp bends did not interfere with exhaust flow.

My picture of a Maserati 4.7 on a Dyno with the headers aglow might not quite authenticate the appraisal .

White Hot , Duller at constrictions , which is only two areas. a collector and the tighter bend .
Not many people shovle that load through for any duration of time . Except at the Salt Lakes .
