Where's hobot,
I haven't noticed any posts from Dr. Steve recently, I'm hoping all is well. One never knows with The Gravel, power-steering, and animal strikes to contend with, one never knows.
Lance

I've spoken with him. He has been recovering from another little incident. I am sure he'll report at some point when he is damn good and ready, with rather graphic photo's I might add.

If he is anything like me, he's feeling a little jaded with it all.
This too shall pass

I pm'd him last week and he said all was ok. He gave me great assistance with my first online query, years ago.

oh no, I seriously hope Hobot has not been in another motorcycle accident

hope you are ok, Steve, and will post when you feel better

I was wondering where he was? If you read this I hope your ok mate

I was asking as well, if anyone had heard from him. Wes, if you read this, maybe let us know he's OK?

Hope you're okay Steve be back soon, strangely missing your banter.

Dave

If anyone needs to, just PM him. It might be a bit lengthy and difficult to rap your head around, but he'll reply.

hobot is good, missing the comrade here and other forums but loud mood spoilers on this and other forums put me off, along with a bunch of others crying in our beer privately. Warmed fatso race tires are no match to skinny tire tri-linked Commando but know from water and snow skiing if ya aint falling ya aint trying...

Hi Steve

Good you still around wouldn't be the same without you here, take care mate.

Ashley

Well now, seemed like something was amiss with the post from Sweden about a righteous chopper Norton, and the responses being very good, but something was missing one could not put the finger on. Safe travels, and don't let things get you down, after all, you can if you can successfully battle THE gravel, you are a formidable force. Seriously, take care, Mr. Steve.

I agree - don't let a few wankers put you off.
i agree, its a shame i miss the "hobot" seems he had a belly full of some of the people on here

Miss the Hotbotism's, the journey you take in explaining stuff can be 'interesting' but the information contained can be, on occasions, insightful and informative :D

I would adapt an old saying:

It takes an owner to own a Norton but a village to restore it  This village we have on this forum has all sorts of people, the good, the bad & the ugly :P Which is why I like visiting here.

Take care Hotbot & don't be a stranger, well no stranger than usual

Once one becomes jaded, it's hard to regain enthusiasm. What becomes stale can never be fresh again.
But if anything can restore the fire, the love and appreciation of Nortons will.

I like Steve's enthusiasm over the Norton brand,
but honestly...... I don't miss the constant thread derails or the rambling posts that I never quite understood and eventually started ignoring.

Every now and then he did say something constructive or post a funny pic.
Good luck hobot, whatever you may be up to at the moment.
