This first image shows the disk side spokes 1/4 inside the rim.
Wheel Data revisited

This image showes 5/8 from the disk mounting surface to the rim and also shows the spoke line inside the rim line.

This shows the non disk side 3/4" from the rim.

So this is telling me that I am + 3/4" on the non disk side and -1/4" on the disk side (aprox.).

I guess my question is what the hell is going on here? The more I try to figure this offset crap out , the more confused I get.
As i mentioned in an earlier post, my wheel runs 3/16 to 1/4" closer to the non-disk slider, not centered. My hub spacer/bearing cap is 3/4" tall. I am sure this is stock.

I think you are trying to overthink it?

Your rim-to-fork leg measurements from your previous post as you said then:

"I notice that the wheel and tire is 10mm closer to the left slider than the right. What ever the offset is, I do not think that the wheels should be in this position. This is telling me the my offset is and has been 3/8 off to the left."

That really tells you all you need to know-that the spokes need to be re-tensioned in order to pull the rim approximately 3/16" (half the difference) further over towards the disc side of the hub.

And to pull it over you will need to slacken off all the spokes on the non disc side first, as the disc side vertical spoke angle is nearly zero, its not easy to pull over.

I would have to possess some sort of cognitive attributes. I doubt that's the case.

I believe you, though. I simply lace the proper pattern on the new rims and true them in place. Simple!

Also, thank you, madass140, for offering a clear perspective.

Yes, you are learning that offset is BIG

Yes, I like and now understand what hobot said about snugging up the disk side then bring the other home.
