dear All,
I have to do the alignment of the wheels of my Roadster and I would like to use the old original kind of balance weights Norton used at the times.. Actually I am having some difficulties in finding them: anyone could give me a suggestion on where to look? ThanX!

Mine came with what looks like lead wire wrapped around the nipples and spokes. About 3mm dia.

I got these from local dealer but I think you could get them anywhere, car parts store, tire shops etc. 2 to 3 bucks a dozen.

I bent them a bit to match the curve of the rim where i needed them. A added a drop of ole JB to keep em there. This just seems to be a more (here we go) "Elegant" solution. At 7 gm or 1/4 oz each, I was able to get a finer balance.

That is what I generally use. Solid core solder. 1/8 inch. Jim

+1 on the solder. I couldn't bring myself to glue stuff to my rims!

I had 2 of these opposite the safety lug on the rear.
