What ever happened to Leadbeater?

I miss old Hobot and had many private messages with him, but he went down hill after he lost his good mate West and I think Hobot was a bit accident prone, guns, ride on mowers/tractors and deer, I wonder if he got that supercharger sorted out on his Norton build, I think that was a accident coming if he did, I hope he is still around somewhere.

Might be a local vintage or Norton group in the area. Folks may know the person by specific bike info

Good idea to pm someone (did it here), regardless of when they last checked in, usually that will send an email notice

Any additional info, may help in getting ahold of someone

I pmd hobot, with no response, but ended up finding a facebook page

Torontonian may have some info
Thanks Toro, I actually did P.M. him a few weeks ago and got no response unfortunately.

You might try contacting one of the officers of the inoanorton.com and ask. I think his name is Steve Shreaven. My spelling might be off. I saw him at several rallies earlier in the turn of the century. Maybe just to forward a message.

Sorry to hear that...

He did that way back.

Yup, it wasn’t the death of his best mate, nor the chopping off of his right foot, that ground him down and stopped him posting. It was the bickering and henpecking what finally got him !

All in his overactive imagination as I've pointed out before.

Still I miss him, he was one of a kind and I didn't have any problems with his crazy ideas or his sayings, and everyone is different.
