The bike is a stock 1975 Commando 850. I know it has twin Amal concentric carbs, but without taking them off how can you tell if they are 30mm or 32mm?
I'm hoping someone will say that 75's only came with type - X. :idea:
If it's a Mk111 with original components, they should be 932s, stamped R33 and L34. replacement items would have other codes or sometimes be overstamped 'xxx'.
According to Roy Bacon's 'Norton Twin Restoration' the Mk11A would be the same.
