I'm in South Jersey and I still have snow on the shady side of my garage.

Highs in the mid 80s tomorrow in the south SF Bay area and no earthquakes at all in the forecast. Looks like perfect weather for the All British Clubmans show in San Jose Saturday.
Two friends of mine Tony Cording and Dan Smith are headed your way. They are bringing along a Matchless V4 Silverhawk and a replica Velocette Roarer which Dan built every piece of in his basement ( including the Supercharger)

The Roarer is something to behold.
Both bikes will be on display at the show.
Glen

Thanks Glen, I will look for them. I'll be at the Norton Club booth.

How do you build a Velocette Roarer unless you have the drawings or at least a bike to copy ?

Not easily :D
Nothing stops Dan. He got basic measurements from the English owners of the Roarer then spent a couple of months doing drawings. The drawings themselves are a work of art. He has everything, lathe, mill, oven, press etc jammed into the basement of a small 1940s house. The drawings are on a roll down setup like the movie projector screens from high school days.

It's amazing what some folks can do, wish I could see it. Cj

Weather here in UK is good if a little cold. We have reasonable riding weather all year round
and some sort of bike event every weekend, this weekend its Ardingley and in couple of weeks Stafford.

Best of the year is the West Kent run.

I have had several guys form USA and OZ come over for the ride outs and just google Bewdley to
see the area.

Andy

Back to subject I am not a mix there is only 1 Chain Man

In 30 years of New Hampshire living I've seen colder winter, and snowier winters. But I don't think I've ever seen one this cold, snowy, and LONG  I sure do miss Al Gore and global warming
Ha! Set ALL TIME records over here.... you just need to take a page from Tim Taylor's playbook, MORE POWER!!! That Ford V-8 lawn tractor in Shady Valley would be a good starting point....
