probably orthophosphoric acid, with arsenic inhibitor.

Website says all Ingredients Are Non-Hazardous, Biodegradable, User Friendly and Acid Free.
And washes off with water.
Without saying what the active ingredient is.
Apparently smells like WD-40 too.

Certainly sounds useful, gets many good reviews.
