The horn is attached to the underside of the battery tray (by a "two-ply" triangular mounting plate) utilising the same two bolts which also double-up as the lower front mudguard mountings. The central bolt from the horn mounting plate goes through the rear mudguard front hole as L.A.B says. You may need a spacer, a couple of 1/4 nuts usually does fine.
Original capacitor and rectifier mounting.
Can't help you with the oiler, I removed is so long ago I don't have the parts and can't remember. It was a large source of oil all over anyhow. I crimped it off at the return banjo on the tank and soldered it shut.
