Ultimate fuel optimizer

Has anyone out there used any kind of Ultimate fuel optimizer on any kind of carb and can supply gas flow charts that have been obtained for the above?

If I correctly understand what a UFO is, Ludwig describes his execution of the concept in the thread „Refitting 32mm Concentric Carbs Minus Chokes“ but for me, at least, the photographs are no longer there.
