Spotted this yesterday at the Swedish Britannia Rally. The builder/owner actually ran it to the rally. Went surprisingly well too. When asked about the beer can in the front he said: "I started with the beer at the kitchen table and then decided to build a bike around it!" He also said he avoided speed bumps...

That's pretty cool.
