These webco twin carb adapters were in a box of Triumph parts I bought at a swap meet years ago, so I decided to get them set up and see how much, if any difference they would make on the bike. Setting up pretty much just involved porting both ends (30mm carb - 28mm head) and adding balance tube spigots. I used an older pair of 30mm premiers that were on the commando until recently.
Turned down this little gadget to help with the porting, the opposite end has an inner chamfer so it doubles as a punch to make those finicky manifold to head gaskets.
Installed with carbs
After test run, surprisingly easy to get dialed in, I just use stock T140 jetting and balanced them with the carbtune. Always liked the splayed port Bonnies, much easier carb access. Haven't had time for a WOT run yet, but if they don't work out I can just go back to the single set up (one of the benefits of having a Tiger, you can go twin but a Bonnie can't go single)
