So L.A.B., what is this all about. Jumped through some hoops with Jerry Doe to fix my personal gallery to upload the picture and now this? An email or PM explanation would be in line.

I suggest you get in touch with Jerry as I have no idea what's going on, all I can tell you is there's no picture.

There are no images in your gallery at the moment.

I'm only seeing a little grey rectangle with the word 'Image' inside – just emptied the cache and refreshed the browser, too ...
p.s. Ah ok I found it by going to the gallery! No idea who it is, so I'll guess, Bauer?

It's got as far as your gallery, but it's still not showing above.

It didn't take long to find out who it is.
 
Looks stuffy enough to be an ex Rolls Royce engineer... Dr. Stephen Bauer? Wild guess...
