I may be streching things a bit but this is motorcycle related in the sense that I'm reading about trips next year that are being considered, and when you take a trip you need a place to stay.
My name is Dennis Bixter. I an a retired Chicago Fire Department paramedic. You can verify this if you wish by googling my name. There you will find excerpts from a couple of cases on which I was the paramedic and testimony I gave at the subsequent trial.
I posted information previously but it may have been removed. My family tells me it's because I did it all wrong. What I meant to sound good came out sounding too good to be true and simply dismissed.
I do have a proposition. One that is mutually beneficial. I own a 1 week timeshare at the Westgate lakes resort in Orlando. Please I am not trying to sell you a timeshare. I do not work for, or am in anyway associated with anyone involved in the selling of timeshares. I am however in a bit of a jam and I'm trying to reach the largest number of people, who travel, in the least amount of time.
The circumstances of my retirement put me in a financial hole that I won't be able to get out of for some time. One consequence of this is that I havn't been able to pay the maintenance fees on this condo for the last 3 years. Westgate Lakes wants it back so they can resell it. The foreclosure process has already begun. However if if I can pay up the delinquent maintenance fees the condo again becomes "mine" for 2013. It also releases the 3 weeks that I can use however I please. I need need $1100.00 per week for the 2 remaining weeks. One has already been spoken for. For that $1100.00 you would get full access to the condo and any ammenities for your use for 1 week as my guest. No strings attached. I plan on selling this time share ASAP and when I do and the paperwork's done I will give you your $1100.00 back. I done care that I'm basically giving a week away. I'm never going to use it anyway.
Only 1 week the third week in April would be free, but you can pick any other week at any of Westgate lakes 11 other locations thruout the country but this would involve an exchange fee of $150.00. There also may but not necessarily be an additional fee if the week you chose included a certain holidays or a local special event You can check it out yourself by going to www.westgate lakes resorts and spa fo the locations of the other resorts and get an idea of what the condos are like.
I'm on the level here. You get to stay in a nice 2 bedroom condo at a nice resort either free or at a small cost to you and get the chance to sell this timeshare and maybe walk away with a few bucks in my pocket which I could really use. As opposed to paying Westgate Lakes $500.00, which I don't have, for the priviledge of just giving them back their timeshare.
