kommando Joined May 7, 2005 Messages 6,774 Oct 9, 2020 #4 Measured an old timing cover seal, 1 1/16" OD 1/2" ID but shaft it runs on is 9/16" width 3/16" So the seal ID you order depends on if its based on the unfitted ID or the shaft size its designed to seal.

I have one of these seals in a bag marked 04-8023 The 28.99 is actually 26.99 so matches the imperial dimensions I gave. Needed some strong reading glasses to ensure the 6 was a 6 and not an 8.
