This may sound silly to some but: the "N" on the Norton logo looks to me like a terrier.

Am I correct or way off base??

It's must be cross between a terrier and an ant-eater, look at the length of that tongue!

I think you are correct. A Jack Russell terrier to be exact!

Uhhh.. I hear they have medication to help with those acid flashbacks.

I dunno. I kinda think it looks like somebodys trying to shove a beach ball up the butt of a panther that has it's tail tied to a fence post.

I was told many years ago that the "N" was meant to look like a bulldog- but that could be bullshit. :?

Spotted at the recent International Norton Rally, this bike must have been is Aus for a while as it seems the N has partly morphed into one of those giant hopping mice.

It looks more like a cat having a crap to me with its tail stuck up in the air.

Homegrown?

Yup, my first reaction was that someone had a few too many funny cigarettes!

Taking a closer look at it, I can see a resemblance to the side profile of some sort of dog (or maybe it was those brownies that a friend brought over?)

Funny cigarettes? I think it was those funny mushrooms - the ones with that purple ring around the the stem!
