Did you use the resistor plugs as per the ebay listing?I also had a lop sided tank but when I checked mine the two bolts at the front had come loose and almost lost to the road. I have had the tank off a few times and have been reluctant to tighten these bolts in case I stripped them, so no doubt was my fault, glad I checked in time.
