It is worse than that - if "you register a motorcycle or obtain a Class M license anytime between the year 1994 and 2015", you are on the list.
 
Tts worse than fhat as the Trading with the Enemy Act as amended 1933 made anyone in US using fed res notes an official enemy and required registration and licensing to exist in the war time state. Pretty dam sad post to me, that it has taken intelligent folks till late in life to wake up some by stumbling on some the real facts of US residence. Can ya imagine the automatic attention this forums gets with trems of Combat Bomb and Commandos, blow ups siezures and pilots crashing.
 
It's OK to be paranoid, we even use scaremongering for political purposes in Australia these days.
 
With the crack down of the bikie gangs here in my state of Queensland anyone with tatts the cops are taking pics of them when they have you pulled over even when you have nothing to do with the bikie gangs, it has happen to a few of my mates so far, thank god I don't have any tatts, the way the GOV thinking is anyone with a tatt is assocated with bikie gangs, but we have a new GOV now but things haven't changed.

There are too many ways to get on some watch list than I can list but must include getting listed d/t errors, wrong place/wrong time or an mean false report. Police deal with nasty bikers and govt view bikers as risk takers prone to unlawful operation and activity, especially in US over gun carry and color patch clubgangs. There are only so many good places to ride and gather too in some numbers so everyone fair game club to club and police at all of em to let god sort out - like recently in Texas.

Or Waco Police Massacre? Facts in the case are slippery. Some might explain this as a way of punishing people who were at the forbidden Confederation of Clubs and Independents brunch for being there instead of in church.

ugh Matt too much for me to relive horrific Texas events or take in NZ power abuses. I am likely on a number of lists from my fathers fights with the powersthatbe to US/DC federal level and, wife and I were front and center, as in TV news taking oath to Texas in 90s trying to revive the Republic of Texas after Waco massacre. Use to be we could just get on our bikes and ride away our cares ...
