tank fuel mounting

I am trying to understand the mounting of the fuel tank.
Bolts, studs, rubber bushin.
Is an elastic mount only?.

I purchased the parts from Walridge Motors.
The tank is held in by compression with the main rubber bushing with friction in the tanks two front bottom cups, when the nut is tightened sufficiently. The o-ring is wrapped around the frame tube and hooked onto the tanks rear pins similar to an early Commando fiberglass tank.

The angled brackets are for the Lucas yellow side reflectors.
