Tank Decals

Does anyone know a source of tank decals in gold with a black outline?



I can find the sidepanel decals OK, but not the tank ones

A print shop made spray templates for the charity bike and several others I have done. I only needed the decal as a pattern they could add the border at a specified thickness. NorVil had the decals. I think four templates with some spares were about 40.00 U.S. Than a painter who doesn't "wine"priceless.

andy i owned a 850 mk2 in in the 70's and they did not have a two colour decals, 850's of the period had individual lettererd norton on tank and 850 commando on side panels as per the previous picture the decal you ask about is 89-70is pinstripes were painted on.

Ihope you could find them at that shop , otherwise I had found some at the VMCC , but they were waterslide unlike the american one which are very good quality transfers , don't be surprised if they are only 750 , cause the guy could propose them in 850 form too, he is a nice guy and efficient about shipping...... :roll:

Thanks for the link - I initially got a bit nervous about buying decals which are 2 mils thick...2 millimetres? I'll never blend that in!!!!!...oh... he means 2 thou!... I think I'll give them a go.
He does list the ones I'm after as 750 and 850.
The VMCC decals would look great on a 'glass tank, but I'm a bit nervous about the 'authentic' visible waterslide carrier film, and getting sidepanel decals to match exactly may be a bit tricky.
