I have a 1979/1980 T140E - with Rita System comprising of a 5PU pickup/reluctor and an AB11 amplifier.
Got an exhaust cam which is not pegged.
What is the correct position for the 5PU reluctor in the points housing as a starting point, and at what crank position, ie TDC or 38 BTDC.
The genuine Triumph manual only fault finds and doesn't describe setting from scratch, probably because the reluctor is designed to fit the standard cam and locate on the peg.
