3 thing have ridden me crazy 24/7 last decade, small head ports, big single carb and hollow long dong megaphone with a butt plate hole shot though in frustration of failed two into one experiment. Then Magaphone-itis translated to me as Red Hot Swollen and Painful! I would like to add one other anti-reversion feature but not sure how to implement it. A stub lip at exhaust port.
