Given both the needle and the odo aren't moving - check the speed sensor & connector etc.
Hey guys ! Is this 2016 ABS. ? I want to think no ? So then the Speedo sensor same as cam position sensor part but plugged into the top of the gearbox by the end of the starter ? If abs then off the wheel sensor. Use Bosch parts if buying a new one.Given both the needle and the odo aren't moving - check the speed sensor & connector etc.

Found coupling for sensor won’t latch, so zip tied to hold in place, but still speedo needle doesn’t move and odometer shows mileage, but doesn’t advance. Neutral, turn signal light operates fine. Should I replace sensor or be looking elsewhere for the problem?
I would think the sensor may be your best bet. You may be able to test it by plugging in a new one in the connector and test with a spinning tooth wheel . I think the starter has to be moved to get it out. Use a Bosch part when replacing. Don’t forget to check continuity of the cable wires first , from sensor plug to the speedometer plug. Use the schematic and check all the connections for continuity. ABS came in 2017 Euro 4 .
