I need some bits to fabricate an adjustable link for my rising-rate monoshock linkage, I've seen posted here some sources for the rod-end hardware, wonder if y'all can save me some search time?

Thanx.

This is where Bob Patton and I got our 'elastomeric' rod ends with cushioned balls.
Part of Bob's reasoning was from the wear rate reports on plain steel ball to avoid.
Really don't know if cushioned ends needed or not in rear or front loaded linkage just plain ball is silent in a head steady. Don't know if my fantastic sense of Ms Peel totally disappearing to pilot sensation is d/t the geometry, cushioned rods or compliant head and breasts mountings. Keep an eye out for cushioned rod ends please, I think Bob and I got the last of the run and no more planned I was told d/t no demand. http://www.alinabal.com/

Just don't expect full transformation of handling by mere breast and head link,
its the rear power patch in rump area that wags front isolastic into tank slappers.

That webite is useless, hobot, no prices.

This is for the rising rate linkage for the monshock; at present, the boomerang-shaped links are anchored at the bottom end to the tranny cradle by a simple, drilled, fixed-length steel bar. I want to replace that link by a compound linking rod (one left thread, one right) with turnbuckle clevis with locknuts in between. that way, it can be adjusted in place.

For what it's worth, the center pivot point is a spindle through the upper swingarm's original pivot eyes, and the upper points of the links have a through bolt with the shock's bottom mount in between. Simple rising rate articulation.

I want to have the bike done in time for Barber, for sale.

If it doesn't sell there, I'll look into your haunch link next. For sure I'll look into setting one up on my Dreer prototype maybe next year.

Ok thats a different animal so Mcmaster-Carr likely better source for you.
Alignaball gave us the specs on rod ends and then distributors to order from.
Hope you sell this wonder and get orders for more.
