Single Mikuni carb for mk3

I want to run a single Mikuni on my mk3 and I would like suggestions from those of you that do. What size would be best? What kind of throttle and cable set up do you use, etc. Any and all replies are appreciated.

Purchase a kit, should include everything you need. cNw or MAP have the best out of the box jetting, IMO. I would call or e-mail to let them know the specifics: Engine mods, straight through or baffled exhaust, altitude and handlebar type (rise/width) or simply Euro or Western style.

You may still have to change the needle clip position and/or change the main jet. Always read the instructions as many times as it takes you to visualize what you are going to do before picking up any tools.
