It's your bike ,so do whatever that makes you happy .
You can have the frame goldplated . it' been done .
Or grind it and eat it . I think that's been done also ..

I dont fancy eating it Id rather have a Kebab

Commando owners tend to modify their bikes so much that they won't even blink. Unless it's ugly.

Oldman and crew, Norton made 10's of 1000's of each model so no bad karma to make some super special to delight us all, but a few curmudgeons that keep some pure Norton and vendors in business.

Oldman or anyone, what is your sense of the fatso tires over the skinny sets on Cdo?
I've used up 17" sizes 150 to 170 on SV650 and mainly find them better over the skinny's, for flotation on deep sand or loose dry Gravel. I also noticed it was harder to use up the sides on 150 than the 170. I assume that's because 150 profile took more lean to reach the edges. My Ms Peel special can fit 18" 130 and clear 530 X-ring wide chain. I got clearance by moving rim to center and could get more by spoking it further to the RH. Racers have done it by shifting gearbox to LH.

I will post some pictures up so you chaps can slaughter it :D
But I will have to do at home not at work

Dudes some my best times have been with ugly girls, except where it mattered and how they responded. This fat tire fad goes back a long ways for Commando's. Kinda reminds me of the chopper conversions putting HD 16" rim and fat tire on. Big butts excite some men no end ya know. So far only reading about good looks but how do these fatso meat make you or your Commando feel when it matters? Personally I like em tighter and sharper handling but don't yet know if I'm the only one or not.
