New old stock item for sure! No....this tyre is the type of tyre a dealership would put on a trade that has bald tyres. You know for resale. I got them because of the way the supply chain is performing. Things don't look good world economic wise. So better than nothing. So keep looking if you want the best.

They look like K81 knock offs. Made where?
 
If running with a 4.10-19 K81 rear, does your early center stand still work OK?

Yes my Feb '69 Fastback has 360x19 & 410x19TT100's the centre stand works fine.

I have this set up and whilst the stand holds the bike just fine, the tyre still brushes the ground, requiring a bit of effort to lube the chain.

Finally, I decided I'll be going back to the ribbed 3.00 Speedmaster which came on my bike.

I'll have for sale a 3.60 x 19 Dunlop K81 brand new with factory stickers and wrap as it came to me last year. I imported this tire myself.

This size is not available in the US. Made in Japan. Best offers or trade. Hopefully someone local so I don't need to ship.

If I don't sell it, I'll just use it on my '71 roadster and enjoy a better turn in. (have always disliked 4.10 size on the front)
I believe the 3.60 size front was stock on Production Racers for that reason.
