Sealing fibreglass tank

I have a hi-rider tank that has been sitting for about 15 years that I would like to mount on my bike in the spring. I'm doing this mainly because I like the look of the smaller tank, but also because I dont go on a lot of long rides so dont need the extra capacity. While it is a solid tank I really do need to seal it but cant find any info on the web. Does anyone know where such info might exist?

Bill Hirsch offers a sealer that is supposed to be effective for use on fiberglass tanks. You can find out more on the Internet; just type:Bill Hirsch.
