It's out of print but I found a copy on ebay (sorry, mine's not for sale!)
Most of the coverage is on the pre-Commando models but there's still some good Commando info. And there's lots of period photos that are interesting to look at.
I saw a copy on amazon recently but the seller (not amazon) wanted $85 for it. Keep looking on ebay and you can probably find one...
