Gee thanks for the post, it looks great and we are going to have do much fun. What surprises me is this road is iconic world wide and a good friend of mine pick up a couple of U.S hitchhiker's making their way to Bluff, that's in the south island, and the girl didn't know anything about route 66 or of its existence, sad. What type of bike did you ride on your trip
