A mate of mine owns over a hundred bikes plus parts
He has around 40 royal Enfield's plus god knows what
Only one bike is running properly and legally on the road!!!
He has a dormer extension on his house just for his Enfield twin engines gearboxes and transmissions
I wish I were joking but I'm not
So when people tell me 6 bikes is too many
I point out how many he has!!

The guy in Delaware I bought my Commando from had several bike engines... on the kitchen counter.
Every space in the garage, house was filled with bike parts.

It made perfect sense to me.

Anyone saying "I have too many bikes" are pulling their own string! You know your not selling anything. Grandpaul I would like to buy your bikes, but thir parked backwards and I don't know what they are! LOL Every real biker knows to back into parking, for that quick get-a-way! Ok I'll go back to my hole in the basement.

I keep telling myself I need to work on my bikes, then I commit to more important things and it all gets bumped down the ladder.

Presently, I'm fixing a non-critical / cosmetic crashed Moto Guzzi for the widow of my late friend, Andy. I also have his same model but much higher mileage Breva 1100 already nipped up and a new battery waiting. I'm paying for all of this and the proceeds will all go to the family. Dang Guzzi parts are relatively scarce and $pendy.

This has naught to do with the Rocket III, so I'll leave it here.
