Rocker oil pipe question for N15

Hi
I am installing the rocker oil pipe, the one removed was a TEE, with a short length of pipe, then turning into a rubber hose to the oil tank return Tee.
I am wondering what the correct length of the metal pipe is?
Also how it was fitted to the head, I have photos of one where the metal lines are formed to route the input leg of the TEE along the bottom of the frame backbone. Is that correct?

Dunno if the N15 is same as Atlas. I would guess it is. The length of tube from the Tee to where it transitions to rubber tube is 3.5 inch.
