Hi all,
I've just fitted the RGM reline kit to my 72 commando master cylinder.
It works fine, seems a big improvement...but il leaks oil
Just after an 80 km ride, I stop the bike in the shed and it start to leaks oil...in the morning I found a big stain of oil on the floor
I've used the teflon on the cylinder reducer as in the instruction but no sealant...any suggestion? I believe it leaks by the cylinder thread
thanks in advance

I had the same issue but not as bad by the sound of it. I contacted RGM, very helpful. It was down to adjustment. It was a while ago now and haven’t had problems since. Contact RGM.

Why didn't you apply sealant to the thread as it mentions in the instructions? Without sealant, fluid from the reservoir can seep between the sleeve and the casting and leak from the thread.
